Request for Submission of Interest and Qualifications
Business Opportunity for Established Food and Beverage Service Providers: The City of Manhattan is seeking responses from interested parties for the purpose of contracting to operate and manage a food and beverage concession in the passenger terminal building at Manhattan Regional Airport in Manhattan, Kansas. Manhattan Regional Airport is served by American Airlines / American Eagle with daily regional jet service. The goal of the airport is to enhance the customer’s experience by providing a pleasing selection of quality food and beverage offerings at competitive prices. In addition, interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend an informational meeting at the terminal building on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 3:00 pm. A tour of the facility will be conducted at this time. Interested service providers should submit a Letter of Interest which includes a history of their business experience and a brief description of the food and beverage items they wish to provide.
