Manhattan Regional Airport will accept all inquiries to be added to our Hangar Waiting List; however, the airport reserves the right to prioritize, or implement specific safety and/or performance benchmarks, based on, but not limited to, the following information (listed in no particular order): 1) will the aircraft be based at MHK; 2) does the party currently own an aircraft; 3) what is the type and size of the aircraft; 4) is the party currently a tenant at MHK; 5) is the aircraft fully constructed and operating; and 6) when was the request received. If the airport is unable to complete an agreement with the party within ten days of beginning negotiations, the airport reserves the right to call the next party on the list based on our priority system.
